"The Rainbow Connection" was designed by Todd. Painted by Todd, Deirdre Weinberg and Gio Acosta on CVS Pharmacy's Haight Street and Fillmore location in the Lower Haight, San Francisco, California.

This beautification project was created by Todd to transform boarded up storefronts into temporary art galleries with the intention of lifting the spirit of the neighborhood during the global pandemic of 2020.
