"Cosmic Bloom" was painted – 100% Freestyle – by Todd with an assist by Oskar Harvey onto the boarded up storefront of Minimal on Hayes Street in San Francisco, California.

This beautification project was created by Todd to transform boarded up storefronts into temporary art galleries with the intention of lifting the spirit of the neighborhood during the global pandemic of 2020.
